We are in need of the following
Someone who encompasses the following qualities
1) smart (because they will be taking in the full construction experience & will need to be capable of learning to read blueprints, lot files, and work in various different computer systems)
2) has a proven record of customer service (they will be working directly with customers & vendors so temperament and ability to multi-task & handle complaints and high-stress situations in a collected manner is most desirable)
3) likes to read (they will be learning several different aspects of site management, including legal docs that will be extremely important to weather as far as the reading & comprehension of) and has achieved some level of education (prefers some college but degree is not required).
Tract Home Assistant Superintendent position requirements
Tract Home building experience, especially on the front end of construction.
Proficiency in blueprint / plan reading.
General Trades knowledge excellent communication skills written and verbal.
Have knowledge and understanding of local labor agreements.
Must be computer literate
Experience working with city and other inspectors on construction projects
Experience creating punch lists and performing walkthroughs and close outs
Experience managing and communicating with subcontractors and labor
