As a Tax Supervisor at BGBC Advisory, LLC, you should be a motivated tax professional with strong business awareness in this focused area. The successful candidate should thrive at delivering excellent client service, as well as have a strong business acumen and proven leadership capabilities. We are open for a full-time, part-time or seasonal position!

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional client service
• Review and prepare complex tax returns
• Participate in marketing and networking activities
• Train and mentor others
• Demonstrates competency in technical skills, work quality, and application of professional and firm standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or related field

• 4+ Years of tax-related experience (industry or Public Accounting) 

• CPA Certification, preferred but not required
• Experience and knowledge in Multi-State Tax Issues preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations and confidential information
• Flexible and adaptable
• Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and be resourceful
