Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Provides immediate leadership to the shipping/order pulling team
Routes shipments from Customer Service to appropriate personnel on Distribution Center floor
Organizing and filling backordered items upon receipt
Organizing and filling orders
Routing and occasionally pulling stock orders for the consigned warehouses, ensuring timely shipment of these orders
Liaison between Customer Service and the Packaging Department on items needing packing / bagging / labeling
Picks customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is packed and meet standards
Packages and labels raw materials into finished good products as needed
Carries or transports completed orders to the audit station for final inspection and packing with material handling equipment
Operates any material handling equipment safely and efficiently as required
Helps maintain area cleanliness and organization
Assists in maintaining the security and safety of the distribution center
May conduct physical inventories as required
May assist in placing incoming items in inventory
Perform all other tasks as required when assigned

Required Capabilities:

Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to lead a large group of employees
Good basic math skills
Better than average analytical skills
Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions
Willing to work overtime when necessary
Must be able to lift 40 lbs. repeatedly
Must be able to visually distinguish detail, color, and other characteristics of material and objects
Finger/wrist dexterity to work effectively on computer keyboard or grabbing/packaging product
Must be able to get along well with a variety of different people and work as part of a team
Ability to work a variety of jobs
