Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Order Management/Operations Coordinator to assist in managing customer orders. This position will also be a liaison across different functions and departments, providing product information to clients and assisting with other production duties. This position is responsible for account and production maintenance, providing technical and administrative product information to customers, as well as daily sales order processing and daily database upkeep. The ideal candidate must also have a proven track record in achieving assigned tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Order Management/Operations Coordinator to assist in managing customer orders. This position will also be a liaison across different functions and departments, providing product information to clients and assisting with other production duties. This position is responsible for account and production maintenance, providing technical and administrative product information to customers, as well as daily sales order processing and daily database upkeep. The ideal candidate must also have a proven track record in achieving assigned tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales account maintenance, provide technical and administrative product information, perform daily clerical and office maintenance tasks, such as typing correspondence, coordinating, data entry, quotations, and process documents
- Act as a liaison between sales, purchasing, production, procurement, and logistics departments Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate resolutions
- Enter, monitor, and communicate directly with clients regarding status of their orders and negotiating returns
- Process customer purchase orders into ERP system and maintain accurate records and supporting documentation
- Coordinate with shipping department to ensure timely fulfillment and tracking of customer orders, reporting on status to customers and management as needed
- Manage inventory and consignment fulfillment database and track timely processing of parts within ERP system, ensuring accurate detail reporting
- Manage customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the production process
- Manage the sales work flows from introduction to quote approval
- Organize and maintain paper and digital filing system
- Monitor inventory, follow up ETA with procurement
- Work and advise production for the expedition of parts
- Maintain inventory management
- Billing and invoicing, as needed
- Order shipping supplies, as needed
- Daily database upkeep and other duties as assigned
- 3-5 years of Inside Sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equitable experience
- Excellent professional communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Detail-oriented and highly conscientious
- Be a team player and willing to help others
- Reliable and dependable
- Strong relationship management skills and the ability to explain technical concepts
