At Stratasys, we are seeking an Order Operations Specialist to play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and accurate order lifecycle from entry through fulfillment. This role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain to support revenue execution, operational efficiency, and a positive customer experience.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented operations professional who thrives in a fast-paced, systems-driven environment and enjoys solving problems that directly impact customers and revenue flow.

What You'll Do
  • Accurately enter and validate customer orders within ERP and order management systems

  • Ensure pricing, quantities, shipping terms, and required documentation are complete and compliant prior to release

  • Monitor orders through fulfillment, proactively resolving discrepancies or delivery issues

  • Manage order holds, releases, and modifications in accordance with company policy

  • Support internal stakeholders with order status updates and documentation requests

  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth order-to-cash execution

  • Maintain clean, audit-ready order records and system notes

  • Support the online customer Hub experience, including order-related tickets, user access, and account troubleshooting

  • Identify process gaps or data inconsistencies and communicate improvement opportunities

What We're Looking For
  • Associate's degree in Business, Operations, or related field or equivalent professional experience

  • 2+ years of experience entering and maintaining order data in ERP or order management systems

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in mid- to large-sized organizations

  • Familiarity with order-to-cash or supply chain processes

  • Experience working with Oracle and Salesforce

Compliance Requirement

This position requires access to information and/or technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The selected candidate must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or otherwise eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

For this position, the typical annual starting base salary is from $50,054 to $60,000, which does not include variable incentive pay. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. Your individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, geographical location, and/or experiences.
