Job Title: Customer Service Assistant
Reports To: Customer Service and Financial Advisor Owners/Operators
Job Summary:
Service Wealth Management is an established securities and investment advisory service based in Irwin, PA. We are looking to add an experienced full-time Customer Service Assistant to help us keep growing. The ideal candidate would be a professional who has strong communication and customer service skills, highly organized, and the ability to work well as a team and individually to complete requested tasks. This position will also have responsibilities that require familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite of Tools, Adobe PDF, Client Relations Management System, website navigation, and other cloud-based systems.
This person will work closely with the Financial Advisors and the existing support team.
This position is onsite at the Service Financial Group office in Irwin, Pennsylvania.

Shift:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekly day range
- Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and emails in an efficient manner and respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
- Respond to client inquiries by understanding the inquiry; reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information, as necessary; and verifying client’s understanding of information and answer.
- Establish and maintain good rapport with clients by using positive language and anticipating their needs.
- Maintain physical and virtual client files.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Prepare applications, materials, and reports (paper and virtual)
- Improve quality service by recommending improved processes.
- Collaborate with Financial Advisors, immediate team, and other customer support teams to ensure overall client satisfaction.
- Participate in training opportunities provided by the organization.
- Follow company communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all times.
Desired Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Associate’s Degree, preferred
- Minimum 3 years Customer Service Experience, required.
- Computer proficiency is a vital component of this position.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal:
- Well-spoken, excellent active listening skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner.
- Friendly and welcoming manner with clients and other members of the team
- Exemplary organizational skills, with a high attention to detail.
- Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Willingness to cooperate with clients and management to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Willing to accept feedback and take direction.
- A team player who is able to work cross functionally with multiple touchpoints.
