Job Description
TouchPoint360 is looking for a strong individual with customer service experience. This will be part-time 15-20 hours a week at a couple of pharmaceutical labs. Must have reliable transportation. The position will be Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday at different pharmaceutical labs in Summit and Lawrence Township, NJ.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining inventory and storage units (e.g., ordering inventory, receiving deliveries, unpacking stock, and performing physical inventory)
- Builds effective partnerships with customers and colleagues
- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure that the customer has a positive experience
- Maintaining merchandising standards & branding standards
Job Requirements
- Can work independently and attention to detail
- Has excellent customer service and sales skills
- Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Reliable transportation
- Carry up to 50 pounds on occasion
Science Background Preferred but not required
