  3. Read electrical schematics
  4. Hook up motors
  5. Work in motor starters buckets
  6. Grounding installation 
  7. Reading blueprints
  8. Troubleshooting electrical issues
  9. Ensuring work meets safety and building code regulations
  10. Installing control panels and distribution
  11. Testing circuits for continuity
  12. Performing general maintenance and troubleshooting
