Steam Cleaning and Sweep Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor is an experienced-level role with an industry leader where you will learn and grow a variety of skills in the property maintenance and facility management services industry. Your priorities are ensuring quality control over the services we provide, employee training and oversight, inspections, and service recommendations to improve a property’s value and client satisfaction.  This role will be working overnights and may include weekends

Supervisory Responsibilities: Will supervise overnight crews to ensure quality of work.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

·        Collaborate with Operations Managers: personnel management, oversight, and training

·        Inspect and audit employees work and production

·        Verifying crew clock ins/outs, breaks, assisting with scheduling and route planning as necessary

·        Provide reports of findings and materials needed

·        Onsight coverage for sick calls and vacations

·        Additional responsibilities include but not limited to at Operation Manager/ SLE discretions: Site Audits, extra work completion inspections/ verifications, supply and equipment coordination.

·        Assist with the training of new employees with specific job related duties and use of Aspire mobile app

·        Performs other tasks as assigned 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Self-starter, independent, works well under pressure, accountable
• Multi-task analytically (manage on-going contracts, special projects and clients)
• Strong verbal and written skills for client and co-worker communication

·        Proficient in Smartphone and tablet technology

• Commercial cleaning, janitorial, landscape, hospitality or logistics industry – a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – a plus
• Work a flexible schedule which may include, evenings, overnight and/or weekends

Education and Experience:  

·        High school diploma or equivalent required

·        Need to be able to multitask daily activities. Supervisory and leadership skills.

·        Basic computer skills required with ability to learn company specific software programs.
