Kable Staffing is hiring a Quality Control Inspector for a GREAT customer of ours in Greendale, OH. This company has lots of advancement opportunity. This is a direct hire opportunity.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to understand product requirements.
Utilize basic measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to perform accurate measurements and inspections.
Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
Document inspection results and maintain detailed records of quality control activities.
Communicate any non-conformities or quality issues to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
Adhere to quality control procedures and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements..

REQUIREMENTS

Proficiency in blueprint reading.
Basic skills in operating measuring equipment.
Minimum of one year of experience in a quality department.
Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
Knowledge and experience in calibration processes.
Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC).
Understanding of geometric tolerances.
Experience working in the aerospace industry.
