Evening Front Desk Receptionist

STEPS Behavioral Health is a ABA company comprised of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ABA Technicians, and a strong administrative team who work together to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).We are currently seeking a PART-TIME for Administrative Assistant for the evening hours of 4pm-7pm, Monday-Friday.

Job Description The job of a Administrative assistant will include a list of tasks. Accounts payable, making sure sessions are completed, following up with therapists, answering and returning calls to the clients, stay on top of incoming clients, following up with clients. This position requires attention to detail, self motivation, quick learner, and extremely organized. We are looking for a talented candidate who can meet deadlines in an efficient manner. This position will be 40 hours Monday -Friday, this position can build up to a full-time position. Offered pay between $40,000-$43,000 per year.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma with a minimum of 2 years' experience of healthcare administrative work.
• Advanced skill set in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Highly organized and have meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial
• Meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Quick learner that is self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in healthcare or business administration or equivalent education.
• 3 years' experience with medical credentialing.
