Bookkeeper

If you are a Bookkeeper with experience, please read on! Located in Ft Lauderdale, FL we are a boutique CPA firm offering a range of services to individuals and businesses. We are growing and looking for a Bookkeeper to join the fam! Could that be you?

What You Will Be Doing

- Correctly enter and fill invoices
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Enter journal entries and perform GL reconciliations
- Understanding of inter-company activity
- Record inter-company entries
- Reconcile inter-company GL accounts
- Enter credit card charges and reconcile the account
- Prepare invoices between entities
- Process payroll and record journal entries
- Assist with other accounting duties as needed

What You Need for this Position

- Bachelors in Accounting
- 2+ yeas of GL Accounting

Nice to Have
- Work experience for a Real Estate Developer
- Quickbooks
