We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to lead our Group Initiated deployments. The first initiative is to roll out Coupa to our Business units. As the IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful project outcomes. While prior experience with Coupa is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management for implementations, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of project activities to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including specialists, business analysts, and IT professionals to define project requirements, scope, and objectives for Coupa implementations and other IT projects.
3. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Resource Allocation: Work closely with team members and department leads to allocate resources efficiently, balancing workload and skill sets to support successful project execution.
5. Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes for implementations, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and project requirements.
6. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with implementations, proactively addressing challenges, and implementing contingency plans as needed to ensure project success.
7. Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and resource utilization to ensure cost-effectiveness while delivering high-quality results.
8. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and user guides, to support knowledge transfer and future reference.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on managing software implementation projects or procurement initiatives.
3. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
5. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
6. Familiarity with procurement processes and tools, such as Coupa, is preferred but not required.
7. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
8. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming project challenges.
