We are seeking an Experienced Dental Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate all administrative duties and office procedures, ensuring the workplace operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to maintaining provider schedules, verifying dental insurance benefits, answering multi line phones, treatment planning, discussing financials with patients, running reports, etc . The ideal candidate is highly organized,with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to implement systems and procedures, must be able to multi-task, take direction and work independently with little direction. Our office hours are Tues/Thurs: 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM, Wed/Fri: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Sat: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Qualifications:
- 2 year minimum experience as a Dental Office Manager Required.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and multiple tasks
- Understanding of dental office equipment, systems, and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
