Job description

You're not just filling roles-you're helping move the business forward.
As a Recruiter at Ledcor, you'll bring a proactive, sourcing-first approach to every search. You'll own full-cycle recruiting across both high-volume craft and professional roles, with a focus on finding, engaging, and hiring top talent in a competitive market. Apply now to join the Ledcor team in Reno, NV!

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with the external labor market to identify, attract, and connect with top talent
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to build robust talent pipelines across both high-volume and professional roles
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle (job posting through offer acceptance) to deliver timely, high-quality hires
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define role requirements, develop hiring strategies, and align on sourcing and assessment approaches
  • Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and long-term alignment with business objectives
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and recruiting activity in Workday, ensuring compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively source and build talent pipelines using a variety of recruiting channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals)
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively partner with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
  • Advanced behavioral interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a high-volume recruiting environment
