Sales & Partnership Associate
- Full-Time
This is an entry level position based in Boston, MA. Occasional travel may be required to support Member events.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Supporting Partnership Director and VP of Sales & Business Development
Marketing, selling, itinerary planning, and experience management for partner and member experiences
Meeting and exceeding a sales quota
Assist with inbound leads
Qualifying, developing, and maintaining lead database
Acting as a brand ambassador; hosting prospecting events and engaging with members
Collaborating with product managers, membership sales team, event team and member services team
Ensuring stellar Customer experience through embodying company hospitality standards
Generate opportunities and leads through market research
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of interactions with members and prospects
General administrative duties
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Abilities:
Passion for yachting, luxury experiences and hospitality
2-4 years of quantifiably successful sales and marketing skills
Proven ability to manage a sales cycle and close opportunities
Experience and ability to interact with High Net Worth individuals with maturity and discretion
Must enjoy providing exemplary customers service
Ability to create proposals, contracts, collateral, and deliver presentations
Ability to work independently and within team environment
Effective use of CRM tools (SalesForce, Highrise, Zoho etc.)
Education & Experience:
College degree required
Excellent analytical, communication, and marketing skills
Computer literacy; must display proficiency in MAC Applications, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Constant Contact (or similar program)
Strong references (background check required)
