About Us
Milicia Marine LLC is a growing G3 Boats, SunCatcher Pontoons, and Yamaha Outboard dealership. We service outboards, inboards, stern-drives, and full marine systems, along with selling and installing a wide range of marine accessories.
As our company continues to expand, we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Marine Service Technician to join our team and grow with us.

Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license with no restrictions (must be insurable under company policy)
  • Strong communication skills to work with customers, team members, and vendors
  • Solid time management and multitasking abilities
  • Willingness to travel for training or service needs
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Comfortable working in boats and confined spaces (bilges, tight compartments, ladders, etc.)
  • Ability to lift 70+ lbs and work in warm/challenging environments
