Part-time Delivery Driver - Nights - Weekends

We invite you to apply at Miller's Long-Term Care Specialty Pharmacy in Fremont. This position is part-time for nights and weekends. The route will be to one of our Long-Term Care Contracted Facilities in Central Nebraska. Our team provides exceptional access to care and compassionate service! As a driver, you will pick up and deliver prescriptions to care facilities while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. You will ensure delivery items are complete, packed correctly, and safely delivered to the care facilities. The deliveries are made at night and weekends.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

• Load, transport, and deliver items to patients or businesses in a safe, timely manner
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the patient is satisfied.
• Load and unload items from vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints from patients.
• Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
• Prepare reports and other documents related to deliveries
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Must be able to maintain confidentiality
• Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• 2-3 years of delivery experience
• Must be familiar with Fremont and the surrounding communities
• Must have a good sense of direction, and be able to find addresses in a timely manner
• Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
