Reporting to the company Controller, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of routine and demand work orders from the initial request to job completion. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is driven to provide high levels of customer service, able to prioritize the work at hand, enjoys problem-solving, and has an attention to detail. [$2K Signing Bonus] Field Service Coordinator (CSR exp req) Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests received by email, phone, or by the management team
• Schedule/dispatch up to 25 service technicians based on priority, location, and size of work effort
• Complete administrative tasks associated with work order, ordering parts, PO management
• Preparing quotes for work effort
• Managing and approving time worked by the team
• Maintain communications with the clients and the supporting technicians
• Coordinate with subcontractors to facilitate completion of the work effort
• Provide feedback on the service personnel, including the review process
• Coordinate vehicle repair and maintenance of the fleet

• 1+ years of customer service experience required
• 1+ years of dispatching experience required
