Job Description

We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. The person we are looking for should be driven, detail oriented, self-motivated and able to work with little supervision. It will be mainly data entry, efficiency and accuracy is what is needed to be successful as well.

Responsibilities:

Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments for service crew
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks
File paperwork for internal inventory part transfers daily and preform the internal transfer when needed.
Complete vendor credit applications and process through internal system (Brackets) for approval; work directly with vendor
Process through the system SAP ECC sales order tickets

Qualifications:

Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
