Warehouse Inventory Specialist

Job Summary:

As an Inventory Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in our operations by meticulously maintaining inventory records, keeping a close eye on stock levels, and ensuring seamless replenishment of goods. This position offers a 1st shift schedule from 7AM to 3:30PM.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems and conduct regular counts for reconciliation.
• Assist in optimizing warehouse space and participate in material movement and organization.
• Identify, report, and address discrepancies in inventory management.
• Collaborate across departments to coordinate inventory movements and fulfill orders efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding inventory management and safety regulations.
• Assist in implementing inventory control measures to minimize loss and maximize efficiency.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior inventory management experience preferred.
• Experience using computerized inventory systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Basic math skills and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
