Restoration Service Manager

The Restoration Manager provides leadership, schedules, coordination, supervision and oversight of the performance of personnel. The manager often acts as a client interface and problem solver. As a manager, you will exercise responsibility for developing and managing business operations that increase sales, profitability, market share, and customer and employee satisfaction. What You'll Be Doing

· Responsible for creating and managing daily schedule of sales people and technicians (with the help of a department admin).

· Complete daily job audits to insure all opportunities are being maximized.

· Responsible for making sure all required documentation from the field is completed and turned in on time.

· Directly manage the daily activity of sales people and crews.

· Assist collections team with hitting monthly collection targets.

· Handle all customer concerns and inquiries.

· Responsible for maintaining/ordering all equipment and material.

· Perform weekly vehicle and safety inspections.

· Manage P&L and expenses.

· Lead weekly meetings with the entire team.

· Participate in the manager on-call rotation.

· Responsible for department manpower.

· Assist recruiting by handling all in person interviews.

What We're Looking For In You!

· Five or more years with industry experience

· Experience with Xactimate Software is preferred

· Highly skilled in project management

· Experience with managing restoration/construction crews

· Sales oriented

· Process driven

· Customer service oriented

· Experience with P&L management is a plus

· Knowledge of the IICRC standard

· Strong time management skills
