 A Restorative Aide plays a vital role in helping residents maintain or improve their highest possible level of physical, mental, and functional independence.  Working under the direction of licensed nursing staff and in collaboration with physical, occupational, and speech therapy teams, the Restorative Aide assists residents with individualized restorative programs such as:Â

Therapy (CNA) Responsibilities:
- As a Therapy Aide (CNA), you will assist restorative nurses with restorative processes.
- You will help residents regain their mobility.
- You will help residents regain functional abilities.
- You will assist with care planning for your residents in accordance with the restorative nurses.
