Job description

Linden Court | North Platte, Nebraska

Are you a CNA who is passionate about helping residents maintain their independence and quality of life? Join the team at Linden Court as a Restorative Assistant (CNA) and make a meaningful difference every day.

As a Restorative Assistant, you will work closely with residents, nursing staff, and therapy services to support restorative nursing programs designed to maintain or improve residents' physical functioning. This position also plays an important role in supporting the nursing department by assisting on the floor as needed, helping orient new team members, and completing competencies for new hires.

Compensation

Up to $2,500 hire-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Pay Differentials
  • +$3/hour for 2:00 PM -- 10:00 PM and 10:00 PM -- 6:00 AM shifts

  • +$3/hour for Weekend Shifts

    • Nights: Friday & Saturday (10:00 PM -- 6:00 AM)

    • Days/Evenings: Saturday & Sunday (Sunday night not included)

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with restorative nursing programs and exercises
  • Encourage and promote resident independence
  • Document resident participation and progress
  • Work collaboratively with nursing and therapy teams
  • Assist with resident care on the floor as needed
  • Complete competencies and skills validations for new hires
  • Support orientation and training of new team members
  • Maintain accurate records and follow facility policies and procedures
  • Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
Qualifications:
  • Current Nebraska CNA certification required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for resident care and staff development
