The Restorative Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents by promoting their independence and physical functioning. This position focuses on assisting residents with restorative care techniques designed to maintain or improve their mobility, strength, and daily living skills. The Restorative CNA collaborates closely with nursing staff, therapists, and families to implement individualized care plans that support rehabilitation goals. Through compassionate and patient-centered care, the Restorative CNA helps residents regain confidence and autonomy in their daily activities. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to the overall well-being and dignity of each resident within the care facility.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the United States.
  • Completion of a restorative nursing assistant training program or equivalent experience in restorative care.
  • Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and common rehabilitation techniques.
