Job Title: Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA)
Duties:
  • Plan, implement, and oversee restorative care services, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with various departments for effective restorative care planning and execution.
  • Establish and maintain standards, policies, and procedures for restorative care delivery.
  • Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and discharge planning related to restorative care.
  • Provide guidance and training to restorative care personnel, and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Must possess a current license from an approved CNA Program.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a CNA in long-term care.
  • Previous training in rehabilitation and restorative therapy practice preferred.
