We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Salesforce Communications Cloud Project Manager with a focus on Vlocity engagements to lead our team in delivering cutting-edge solutions. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in Salesforce project management, specializing in the communications cloud, and having extensive experience in Vlocity engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership in Communications Cloud: Lead and oversee Salesforce projects with a focus on the Communications Cloud, showcasing expertise in this specialized area.

Vlocity Engagements: Bring extensive experience in implementing Vlocity engagements, contributing to the success of large-scale Salesforce projects.

Scalable Implementations: Demonstrate proficiency in implementing Salesforce solutions across Small, Medium, and Enterprise-scale projects tailored to the unique needs of the communications industry.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders in the communications sector to understand specific requirements and ensure successful project delivery.

Workflow Optimization: Utilize your expertise to optimize workflows by designing and implementing effective business processes within the Salesforce Communications Cloud.

Methodology Expertise: Showcase experience in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies for Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), focusing on the communications domain.

Client-Centric Approach: Understand clients' business pain points in the communications sector and align project solutions leveraging the Salesforce platform.

Testing and Adoption: Oversee system and user acceptance testing, ensuring seamless adoption, change management, and training processes tailored to the communications industry.

Solution Delivery: Leverage your project management skills to deliver successful outcomes, meeting or exceeding client expectations in the Communications Cloud and Vlocity engagements.

CRM Implementation Expertise: Utilize your extensive experience in implementing end-to-end CRM solutions using Salesforce, specifically emphasising the Communications Cloud and Vlocity.

Requirements:

Proven track record in Salesforce project management within the communications sector.

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM applications, particularly in the Communications Cloud.

Extensive experience in Vlocity engagements.

Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Previous experience in overseeing Salesforce projects within the communications industry.
