Job title : Office Assistant / Bookkeeper

Client : Kitchen hood and grease exhaust cleaning company

Duration : Full time permanent role

Location : Bloomington, MN 55431

Job Description:

As a member of our team, you'll be:

Using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and QuickBooks to help with office scheduling, bookkeeping, and data entry for accounts payable
Assisting General Manager and Controller
Working efficiently as part of a team to assure the work can be completed during a specified window
Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must work in office, flexible schedule
Must have an accounting background
Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks
Must be teachable
An eye for detail
The ability to meet deadlines
The ability to communicate complex data in a clear way
Exceptional organizational skills
