The responsibilities for the Director of Quality and Risk Management will be the following:

Design, implement and monitor the Quality Improvement Plan and KPI’s for the facility.

Work closely with Facility Leadership team in ensuring that the Joint Commission standards and the State regulations are met regarding the quality of patient care

Chair the monthly KPI meeting with facility leadership to trend and analyze the data. Implement action plans to improve patient safety, care and outcomes.

Facilitate the Risk Management program including review and investigation of incidents. Work closely with the VP of Quality and Risk Management.

Collaboratively design and monitor all action plans as needed.

Works collaboratively with senior leadership, hospital leaders, physicians, and staff to reduce risk and promote quality patient care and safety.

Qualified candidates for Director of Quality and Risk Management should have the following:

Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in inpatient services for children, adolescent, and families in either an acute, or residential setting.

Must have a bachelor's degree in a related field.

Knowledgeable about Joint Commission, State and Federal guidelines pertaining to inpatient residential treatment programs.

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
