Requirements:

• Previous apartment leasing experience required.
• Tax Credit ideal
• Friendly with a background in Sales or strong office skills
• Professional presentation
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to multi-task multiple projects and duties as needed

Duties:

• Walking tour paths to ensure cleanliness and professional presentation.
• Collecting ID and taking prospects on tours of ready apartments
• Follow up on all leads via phone messages, email, text message or online responses.
• Answer phones and take message and schedule appointments as needed.
• Promptly greet prospects and current residents or vendors who are within the office.
• Taking rent checks and posting late notices.
• Marketing efforts through Craigslist, Zillow and Apartments.com
• Taking messages and creating work orders for current residents
• Report any issues on the property to both Property Manager
