Now Hiring Cooks! Any experience with breakfast restaurants is a plus, but not required.

We will train you to be part of our team and succeed in your position.

With a positive attitude, hunger to grow, and the ability to move with a sense of urgency, anything is possible.

As a cook, you will create the food our customers love, not just pancakes but a wide variety of meals that keep them coming back for more.

You will set up equipment, verify stock, and maintain a clean and sanitary work area.

Skills Needed:

Ability to read and prepare all food recipes to IHOP specifications
Ability to prepare food within our outlined ticket times
Ability to read food tickets or receive verbal instruction
Capable of using knives and other food preparation equipment
Operate large-volume cooking equipment like flat tops, deep fryers, stoves, and dishwashers

Requirements:
A qualified applicant believes in showing up to work on time, well-groomed with a clean uniform ready to work! They must work well with others, be self-motivated, reliable, and have a strong work ethic.

This position requires you to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift, be able to lift at least and/or move up to 50 pounds, and have full mobility of hands and arms while performing repetitive tasks.
