We're looking for an organized and service-oriented HR Uniform Coordinator to manage our employee uniform program and help support our Human Resources team at The Brook. In this role, you'll oversee uniform inventory, coordinate cleaning and repairs, assist employee-owners with uniform needs, and help ensure every team member is equipped to represent our company professionally.

What You'll Do
  • Manage the company's uniform inventory and tracking program
  • Issue uniforms to new hires, transfers, and existing employee-owners
  • Process uniform exchanges, returns, replacements, and collections
  • Receive, organize, stock, and audit uniform inventory
  • Coordinate uniform cleaning, repairs, and vendor services
  • Maintain accurate inventory and recordkeeping systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employee-owners
  • Support HR reception coverage and administrative projects as needed
What We're Looking For
  • 1+ year of customer service, administrative support, inventory control, retail, warehouse, hospitality, or related experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and resolve discrepancies
  • Professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive team-first attitude
