Leasing Consultant for Luxury Apartment Community
- $17 to $19 Hourly (plus commission)

We are looking for a reliable, outgoing, person to fill a position as a full-time Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in Bellevue area. This position starts at $18/hour, plus commissions and benefit options (health/dental/vision/ 401k). The position requires working weekends. Will train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, schedule tours, manage property e-mails
- Tour prospective tenants
- Assist in preparing lease agreements
- Manage all aspects of the leasing office
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to learn
- Reliability and punctuality is a must
- Presentability
