Medical Assistant (certified)

We are looking for a Medical Assistant to support our medical professionals in our Woodinville office. Candidate must have superior customer service skills, impeccable integrity, and great interpersonal skills, demonstrating patience, compassion, empathy, and the ability to work well with all types of people. 

Responsibilities:

• Perform medical assistance duties which may include, but not limited to, vital signs, height and weight, and assisting medical staff during routine procedures.
• Ensure that all patient care areas are clean, organized, stocked and ready for patient use.
• check-in and escort patients to exam rooms.
• Take photos of patients and upload to their chart. 
• Collect payment and schedule appointments for next visits.
• Perform appropriate point of care testing, such as lab tests and specimen collection. 
• Conduct product inventory.
• Candidate should be ready and willing to learn and be a dedicated team player.

​Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant in the state of Washington or Registered Medical Assistant with minimum of 6 months MA experience.
• Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software (an EMR system)
