LOANER VEHICLE COORDINATOR

In this position of loaner coordinator you will manage all our loaner fleet for service customers.
Coordinate with valet to have loaner vehicles cleaned inside and out prior to loaning to customers. Make sure loaner vehicles are filled to at least; tank before loaning them out. Ensure vehicles are checked in properly for damage and fuel usage Responsible for ensuring proper documentation requirements are met for all loaner contracts. Ensure vehicles are lined up and ready for the early appointments in the morning. Escort customers to the vehicle, perform a walk around, cover prior damage, and fuel levels.
Qualifications
High school diploma
Excellent time management skills with the ability to follow-through
Self motivated with a strong desire to succeed
Professional appearance and good work ethics
Valid Drivers License with a satisfactory driving record
Must pass criminal background check and drug test
Must be authorized to work in the United States
No experience needed
