Job Purpose 
 
Are you seeking a dynamic role that puts you at the heart of operations, where your contribution is critical to the success of every project? As a vital member of Stand Strong Fencing, the project manager role blends a passion for customer service with hands-on project scheduling, quality control, and warehouse management. You will play a pivotal part in ensuring every fence stands strong, aligning with our company's values and customer expectations.
 
Salary of $50k. Vehicle provided 90 - 120 days after training period.
 
Primary Responsibilities 
 

• Professionally represent Stand Strong Fencing
• Develop expertise in product knowledge, technical knowledge, industry and process knowledge in relevant product areas. 
• Oversee job pipeline and respective project workflows
• Schedule production with customers and install crews
• Coordinate material orders and procurement
• Manage subcontractor(s)/installer(s)
• Oversee project install and quality control standards are upheld 
• Ensure fence layouts are to customer specifications and communicated effectively to install crew
• Work with install team leaders to understand, explain and analyze client requirements.
• Ensure that all team members operate in a safe and efficient manner

• Address client concerns in a timely and professional manner. 
• Perform basic record keeping and data entry to ensure proper tracking of sales and client needs/inquiries. 

• Interact with clients and co-workers in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and organize materials.
• Organize inventory for efficient operation.
• Stage orders and load onto installers’ trucks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education: 
 

• Relevant experience is preferred 
• Experience operating a forklift is preferred, but training can be provided
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Home service experience is a plus
• Ability to perform small fence repairs is a plus

• Skilled in verbal and written communications 
• Polished and professional in demeanor and possess a strong work ethic 
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with the internet 
• Ability to work independently 
• Ability to treat others with respect and gain trust and respect from subordinates and supervisors 

• Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude 
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Physical Requirements:  
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: 
 

• Occasionally out in the field knocking on doors and engaging with homeowners. 
• Stand; walk; sit; twist; use hands to handle; reach with hands and arms; push; pull; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear. 
• Work outside in elements and varying seasons 
• Lift, move, and hold up to approximately 100 lbs. 
• Must be able to drive a motor vehicle for extended time periods.
