Career Strategies is looking to place an Experienced Leasing Consultant at Apartment Communities in the Metro West area! We seek an employee with excellent people skills, sales experience, preferred leasing experience, high energy, positive attitude, and excellent work ethic who wants to grow with a Property Management Company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to internet leads, answer phone inquiries, and conduct property tours.
- Handle all walk-ins, on-line leads and other potential sales opportunities in a timely professional manner.
- Filing leases, completed work orders, and any other documents.
- Identify residents’ needs and strive to resolve them.
Job Requirements:
***Bilingual Spanish is a MUST***
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Must be computer-savvy. Knowledge of KNOCK software application is a PLUS
- Experience working in residential property management as a leasing consultant
- Familiar with Fair Housing laws is a plus
- Flexibility and professional presentation
