Licensed Barber

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional grooming services to our clients. This includes haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and other grooming services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the art of barbering and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Duties:
- Provide barbering services to clients, including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and styling
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in barbering and hairstyling
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and meeting the unique needs of each client
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Skills:
- Proficiency in barbering techniques such as using a straight razor, clipper cutting, and scissor cutting
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to mentor junior barbers and provide guidance on technique and client interaction
- Familiarity with barber shop management software such as Fresha is preferred
