Job description

Job Overview:
Chosen Barbers is looking to add a few motivated and talented licensed barbers to our team. We currently have 2 chairs available for rent and are looking for barbers who are ready to grow their business in a supportive, high-energy shop.

Schedule:

  • Full-time preferred (5 days per week)
  • Shop is open 7 days a week, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Flexible scheduling within operating hours

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide high-quality haircuts, fades, and grooming services
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships
  • Maintain a clean and professional workstation
  • Promote your services and grow your personal client base

What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid barber license (required)
  • Must be insured
  • Experience preferred, but not required
  • Existing clientele is a plus, or strong motivation to build one
  • Reliable transportation
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented

Compensation & Structure:

  • Booth rental: $150/week
  • Keep 100% of your service earnings
  • Earn commission on retail products sold to clients
