A Licensed Barber plays a key role in providing grooming services within a small team environment. This role focuses on delivering quality haircuts, shaves, and personalized consultations while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. The barber contributes to an inviting customer experience without the need for off-site work or inventory management, with growth paths toward management or salon ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Perform hair cutting and shaving services
  • Conduct customer consultations to understand grooming preferences
  • Maintain sanitation and hygiene of tools and workspace
  • Manage appointment scheduling efficiently
  • Recommend grooming products tailored to customer needs
  • Deliver excellent customer service to build client relationships
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in barbering

Compensation
