About the Role

IAQ Medics Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for a HVAC Customer Support Representative (CSR) to help the technicians complete installations efficiently and accurately. This is a full-time role that will report into the Client Support Manager and be fully remote or based out of our growing Woodbridge, VA office.

What You'll Do

  • Have phone conversations with prospective and current clients to answer questions, set appointments and schedule visits
  • Hours are Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm

We'd Love To Hear From You If You Have

  • Experience working for an HVAC company is preferred
  • Experience with ServiceTitan a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

  • Must consider safety one's primary job and must have general knowledge of safe working practices and OSHA requirements
  • To adequately perform the duties of this job the team member is regularly and routinely required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, use hands to handle controls, hear, and talk
  • The ability to lift and/or move 30+ lbs is required
