Job description

Sales Technician

The company is currently seeking several entry-level Sales Technicians to join our sales and service team, with opportunities based in the Southeast, Midwest, Northeast, or Southwest -- and convenient for regional air and road travel. Training will be provided at the company's headquarters in Flemington, NJ.

Position Description/Responsibilities
  • Take over in-person, direct sales and service responsibilities for the region (commissions paid)
  • Regularly check in with assigned accounts
  • Conduct on-site service and technical support
  • Document all activity in Salesforce CRM system
  • Assist the Sales Director in carrying out regional sales and service promotions
  • Research and document competitor activities
Job Requirements
  • Must enjoy traveling to customer sites to conduct in-person sales and service calls
  • Familiarity with CRM applications and diligence to document all activities
  • Comfortable making cold calls to technical and maintenance prospects
  • Must have a passion for customer service
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Dedicated to accuracy and oriented on delivering quality results with little supervision
  • Ability to register in TWIC and similar security programs
  • Previous experience working in power/steam generation facilities is a big plus
  • Note that we are a veteran-owned company; any prior military experience is a plus
