Sales Account Executive

Headquartered in southern Maine we are looking for a highly motivated, professional individual to take on this sales and business development role focusing on the Augusta area. The perfect candidate has a strong work ethic, self-motivated, is familiar with cannabis products in its many forms and has previous sales experience. The expectation is to work collaboratively with management to develop prospects, qualify leads, make calls, set appointments/meetings and help get our clients wide range of superlative products into stores.
We encourage you to offer marketing and sales input, work collaboratively with management to develop qualified sales leads, keep track of inquiries, maintain relationships with vendors and contacts.
This is a salary plus commission with bonus incentives.
Requirements:
- Maine state resident, at least 21 yrs of age
- Driver's License (Required)
- Must be able to pass state mandated background check
- Sales Experience
- Cannabis Experience and thirst to learn more about the ever changing world of cannabis.

Responsibilities:
- Manages and directs sales efforts to wholesale accounts throughout the state
- Conducts sales calls and selling efforts for wholesale accounts
- Develop and nurture new accounts and key customer relationships
- Facilitate accurate customer orders
- Prepares and present sales reports to track leads and execute follow up
- Stay abreast of industry, customer, and competitive trends
- Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their needs
- Build a strong base of industry expertise

Pay: Salary plus commission on all sales
