You will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, achieving sales goals, and fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.This role is ideal for a driven leader who enjoys balancing customer service, team development, and operational responsibilities while growing within a rapidly expanding industry.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the General Manager in overseeing daily dispensary operations and ensuring smooth store performance.Assist with driving sales growth through effective floor leadership, customer engagement, and team coaching.Ensure compliance with all local, state, and company regulations, policies, and procedures.Help recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members to maintain a knowledgeable and customer-focused staff.Provide leadership and support to supervisors, leads, and budtenders during daily operations.Assist with inventory management, including receiving, auditing, stock organization, and discrepancy resolution.Monitor store presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising standards to enhance the customer experience.Support scheduling and labor management to ensure proper staffing coverage during peak business hours.Assist in executing promotional campaigns, loyalty initiatives, and in-store marketing efforts.Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively while maintaining a positive brand experience.Track operational performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.Serve as Manager on Duty when required and support all aspects of store operations.Preferred Skills & ExperienceRetail Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in a supervisory or management role within retail, hospitality, or cannabis operations.Cannabis Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with cannabis products, compliance requirements, METRC, and industry best practices is preferred.POS & Technology Proficiency: Experience with Dutchie, Alpine IQ, inventory systems, or similar retail management platforms.Team Development: Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable while fostering a positive workplace culture.Customer Service Excellence: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues effectively.Operational Excellence: Detail-oriented with strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.QualificationsMinimum of 1–2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or cannabis operations.Cannabis dispensary experience preferred but not required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience managing inventory, cash handling, and daily retail operations.Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Proven ability to lead by example and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Must meet all state requirements for employment within the cannabis industry.What Success Looks LikeConsistently delivers exceptional customer experiences.Supports achievement of store sales and operational goals.Maintains compliance and inventory accuracy.Develops strong, engaged, and high-performing team members.Demonstrates leadership, accountability, and professionalism in all aspects of the role.READY TO GROW YOUR LEADERSHIP CAREER?If you're passionate about cannabis, retail leadership, and creating exceptional customer experiences, we want to hear from you.
