At Minnesota Cannabis Services, we're not just building businesses - we're building the people who make them great. Our team partners with leading operators across cultivation, manufacturing, distribution, and retail to deliver world-class expertise in legal, finance, analytics, marketing, HR, and technology.
We're looking for professionals who take pride in their work, move with purpose, and thrive in fast-changing environments. The kind of people who hold themselves to high standards, think creatively, and find satisfaction in solving hard problems.

You'll be challenged, supported, and trusted to take ownership of meaningful work that shapes the future of one of the fastest-growing industries in America.
About the Role
As a Remote Pharmacist supporting Minnesota medical cannabis dispensaries, you will play an essential role in ensuring compliant patient care, medication counseling, accurate documentation, and regulatory oversight in alignment with Minnesota Office of Medical Cannabis (OMC) requirements.
This role is fully remote, part-time, and ideal for a licensed Minnesota Pharmacist who wants to support compliant patient operations without needing to be on-site. You'll provide pharmacist availability for required consultations, medical oversight, medication interactions, dosage guidance, and state-mandated patient support.
This is a high-accountability position for someone who values accuracy, compliance, patient trust, and medical professionalism within a rapidly evolving industry.
Compensation: $5,000/month (part-time, remote)
What You'll Do
  • Provide pharmacist availability during designated remote coverage windows to comply with Minnesota medical cannabis dispensing rules.
  • Conduct patient consultations virtually, including:
    • Reviewing medical histories
    • Advising on interactions, contraindications, and product suitability
    • Supporting dosage and titration guidance
  • Ensure documentation, patient notes, and state reporting are completed accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain strict adherence to Minnesota OMC pharmacist role requirements, HIPAA, and company SOPs.
  • Partner with dispensary operations to ensure all patient encounters meet safe, secure, compliant standards aligned with company values.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts, leveraging technology and efficient workflows to optimize pharmacist-patient interactions.
  • Provide medical and compliance guidance to on-site retail and patient care teams as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OMC requirements, best practices, and clinical cannabis pharmacology.
Who You Are
You are a detail-driven, highly dependable pharmacist committed to accuracy, patient care, and regulatory compliance. You demonstrate strong clinical judgment, uphold high standards of integrity, and bring a work ethic aligned with our company values including accountability, innovation, and commitment to excellence.
You thrive in a remote environment, communicate clearly, and use technology effectively to deliver safe, compliant patient support.
Why Join Us
You'll be part of an organization that takes pride in providing safe, compliant, dependable service for medical cannabis patients across Minnesota. We believe in meritocracy, innovation, efficiency, adaptability, and excellence, and we support every employee in contributing to a best-in-class patient experience.
At Minnesota Cannabis Services, we believe great teams are built on trust, initiative, and follow-through. We invest deeply in our people - providing mentorship, on-the-job training, and opportunities for advancement across multiple sectors of the cannabis industry.
Here, you'll be part of a high-performing culture that values precision, reliability, and continuous improvement. Every project is a chance to grow your skills, strengthen your leadership, and contribute to something that matters.
If you're driven, resourceful, and ready to make an impact, we want you on our team. Apply today and take the next step in your career with Minnesota Cannabis Services.
