Location: Clayton, WA (Right off I-90)
Schedule: Consistent Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week

What Does this Position Entail?
This position is responsible for the care and cultivation of cannabis plants from the vegetative state to harvest. As a Cannabis Cultivation Tech, your daily duties will include:
  • Pruning cannabis plants to optimize growth.
  • Performing plant care, including tucking and manipulation of plants.
  • Sanitizing and cleaning the grow facility to maintain strict health standards.
  • Applying nutrients and other crucial agricultural inputs.
  • Setting up new grow rooms for upcoming cycles.
  • Harvesting cannabis plants as needed.
All employees are expected to adhere to company Standards of Conduct & Discipline, and should prioritize a team-player attitude in supporting various departments and projects as requested by leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older (required for cannabis industry compliance).
  • Reliable work ethic and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work morning shifts and weekends.

Our cultivation facility is located in Clayton, WA. If you live in the surrounding tri-county region, you will find our location highly accessible:
  • Deer Park, WA: Less than a 10-minute drive (approx. 5 miles via US-395 N).
  • Loon Lake / Springdale, WA: An easy 10-15 minute drive.
  • Spokane / North Spokane, WA: A smooth, reverse-traffic commute of about 25-30 minutes.

Requirements:
  • Age: Must be 21+ years old (State I-502 regulatory requirement).
  • Education & Experience: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent practical work experience.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortably navigate stairs or elevated warehouse mezzanines throughout the shift.
