A Live In Cannabis job typically involves residing on-site at a cannabis farm or facility to oversee daily operations, security, and plant care. Responsibilities may include cultivation, harvesting, trimming, and facility maintenance. Employers often provide housing as part of the compensation package. What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the Live In Cannabis position, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Live-In Cannabis Caretaker, candidates need hands-on experience in horticulture, knowledge of cannabis cultivation, and an understanding of plant care best practices. These technical and interpersonal strengths are crucial for maintaining a healthy, legal, and productive cannabis growing operation.
