A Live In Cannabis job typically involves residing on-site at a cannabis farm or facility to oversee daily operations, security, and plant care. Responsibilities may include cultivation, harvesting, trimming, and facility maintenance. Employers often provide housing as part of the compensation package. Caretakers also keep records of plant progress, report to supervisors or growers, and stay up to date with ever-changing regulatory requirements. Close collaboration with cultivation teams, security staff, and compliance officers is common, fostering a dynamic and team-oriented work environment. These technical and interpersonal strengths are crucial for maintaining a healthy, legal, and productive cannabis growing operation.
