We are seeking a Concessions Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all food service operations with our summer day camp and swim club. Your goal is to train the staff hands on, order inventory, manage staff, and help with day-to-day operations, and customer relations. Responsibilities
- Manage food and beverage operations
- Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
- Order inventory for camp lunches, concessions, and snack
- Hire, train, and manage staff
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
- High school diploma/GED
- Some management experience
- ServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification (Encouraged but not mandatory)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, and POS software (Encouraged but not mandatory)
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent management and leadership skills
