Description

We are in a period of unprecedented growth and are seeking a Sr. Director, Financial Planning and Analysis, to support our Finance Department remotely or in our Greenbelt, Maryland, headquarters.

Reporting to the VP of Finance and Systems, the successful candidate will provide leadership in developing and enhancing the FP&A processes. This individual must demonstrate a maturity level in interacting with senior and executive managers of the company as well as external stakeholders. An agile and results-oriented mindset and strong communication skills are essential to be successful in this role. Experience working with NetSuite is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate leadership by building and collaborating with senior management and the executive leadership team.
Finance Business Partner (FBP) for the three business units. Support leaders of the business units with managing their P assist and guide them to achieve their budget targets.
Enhance and improve annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process.
Exhibit strong executive presentation skills; enhance existing and/or develop new high-impact executive and management reporting packages.
Organize and run effective working sessions and meetings with cross-functional teams with specific agendas.
Drive and implement change process management; develop project plans, and milestones and deliver results.
Demonstrate innovation and creativity by presenting new ideas, frameworks, and concepts relevant to JSI financials and profitability.

Qualifications

MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, or related field.
8 – 12 years of relevant experience.
Working in the consulting/professional service industry in a financial role is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills including interface with C-Level and external stakeholders.
CFA designation or in the process of obtaining the designation preferred.
NetSuite experience is essential.
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to write (or record) basic VBA scripts preferred.
Strong PowerPoint skills.
