Peak Asset Lending is a Private Mortgage Lender specializing in real estate investment loans with over 25 years in the finance industry. Join a team environment with casual dress and flex office hours where every person plays a critical role.

Our Loan Servicing Operations department has a position available and will train the right person if that candidate does not have any experience.

Job Description:

Wide range of duties related to loan boarding and servicing of commercial loan portfolio. This position directly and frequently interacts with clients, insurance companies, title, law and escrow companies all while maintaining a persistent positive and team spirit.

Job Responsibilities:

· Boarding/Setup loans on servicing system

· Processing payments

· Initiating escrow payments for taxes and insurance

· Manage due dates and payments for taxes, hazard insurance renewals, HOA Fees

· Analyze escrow disbursements to ensure proper impound balances.

· Reconciling bank accounts to accounting systems.

· Various reporting for company, department on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

· Providing excellent customer service and support.

Some beneficial skills would include although Peak does NOT REQUIRE them and will train the right candidate:

· Proficient in Microsoft Office products particularly Excel but including Word and Outlook.

· Software including Quickbooks, Nortridge Loan Servicing,

· Industry experience in real estate, title or escrow, mortgage lending,

· Strong client and intra department service and communication skills

· Ability to show initiative and be a self-starter.

· Resilient at working multiple tasks with attention detail.

· Problem solving and a team player with a strong work ethic

· Time management skills with ability to meet deadlines
